It is in need of some tough love for sure. And since I've taken the pictures my husband cleaned the outside of the the trailer and the windows and i have cleaned the inside.
The pros
the body is amazing on it, the woman i bought it from was going to turn it into a concession stand and had her husband who is a welder check it out and its sturdy as for as frame work goes.
the oven, the lights, the fridge including all counter tops, seats, sink, stove and table are in great condition.
it came with all the original manuals and all the pink slips from all the people who have ever owned it
gave us a new water heater and grey water tank
The Cons
it might need new bearings
probably will have to replace the toilet...im scared
we are going to rip out all the old paneling since we have some suspicions on leaks in two corners, but we think it might just need to be sealed
rip out the flooring cause, well, it sucks lol its worn out and as much as i dont want to do it, it needs to be replaced
we need to figure out the air conditioner and heater
and replace the pole and cushion thats missing from the top bunk
also needs new propane tanks and tires
let the fun begin
